Es decir, todo aquello cuya luz ha podido llegar hasta nuestro planeta. Su radio es sencillo. Desde la Tierra, hay una distancia de algo m\u00e1s de 46.000 millones de a\u00f1os-luz al borde (es decir, la distancia que recorrer\u00eda la luz en 46.000 millones de a\u00f1os). Su di\u00e1metro, por tanto, es de unos 93.000 millones de a\u00f1os-luz. Pero, quiz\u00e1 te est\u00e9s preguntando, si el universo tiene 13.700 millones de a\u00f1os, \u00bfc\u00f3mo es posible que su radio no sea ese, si nada puede viajar m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido que la luz? Porque falta un ingrediente. La expansi\u00f3n del espacio. Sin \u00e9l, estar\u00edas en lo correcto (tambi\u00e9n implicar\u00eda que el espacio es plano y est\u00e1tico), pero sabemos que no es as\u00ed, pr\u00e1cticamente desde su nacimiento, el universo se expande. Hasta hace 5 mil millones de a\u00f1os, esa expansi\u00f3n parec\u00eda ir decelerando, pero desde ese entonces, estar\u00eda expandi\u00e9ndose cada vez m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido (es un fen\u00f3meno que atribuimos a algo llamado la energ\u00eda oscura, pero eso ser\u00e1 tema para otro art\u00edculo.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/estaticos.muyinteresante.es\/media\/cache\/760x570_thumb\/uploads\/images\/article\/593e88d05bafe80fd23c9869\/infaltones.jpg\" alt=\"Resultado de imagen de Ponen en duda la expansi\u00c3\u00b3n del Universo\" \/><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Un trabajo publicado en arXiv pone en duda la tradicional teor\u00eda de la expansi\u00f3n del Universo. Las observaciones realizadas hasta el momento podr\u00edan deberse a cambios en las masas de las part\u00edculas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La teor\u00eda sobre la expansi\u00f3n del Universo fue propuesta por Willem de Sitter, quien utilizar\u00eda la teor\u00eda general de la\u00a0<a href=\"#\" onclick=\"referencia('relatividad',event); return false;\">relatividad<\/a> de <a href=\"#\" onclick=\"referencia('einstein',event); return false;\">Einstein<\/a>\u00a0para formular sus ideas.
